  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced (optional)

Instructions

Prep
Slice chicken and veggies, mince garlic and ginger.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken with minced garlic and ginger and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
